Event weeks change the rules of the road
Super Bowl LXI comes to SoFi Stadium on February 14, 2027. CES fills Las Vegas from January 6 to 9, SXSW runs across downtown Austin from March 15 to 21, and Fat Tuesday in New Orleans falls on February 9. Each brings closed streets, set drop-off points and venues with no public parking.
The groups that travel well book the vehicle first and the dinner reservations second, and they agree a pickup point with the driver before the crowds decide it for them. CES runs official hotel shuttles to LVCC and Venetian Expo, but a team dinner or client visit still needs its own ride.

How early should we book for a major event?
As soon as your dates are firm. Demand for Sprinters and minibuses peaks the same weeks the hotels do.
Where is SXSW 2027 if the convention center is closed?
Its rebuild is keeping the Austin Convention Center closed, so events are spread across downtown venues. A Sprinter shuttling your group between them saves a lot of walking.
Can the driver wait near the venue?
Often not. Many venues restrict waiting, so plan a drop-off and a set return pickup.
