Las Vegas airport shuttle pickups at Harry Reid for groups

Bachelor and bachelorette weekends, trade-show teams and wedding parties all land at Harry Reid with the same goal: get to the Strip without splitting up. Here is how the group pickup works at each terminal.

Terminal 1: meeting in baggage claim

Pre-arranged limo drivers at Harry Reid meet passengers in baggage claim. At Terminal 1, limos pick up outside the west baggage claim at doors 7 to 10, while group shuttles use baggage claim doors 7 to 13. Ride-app pickups are elsewhere, on Level 2 of the Terminal 1 garage, so do not follow the app crowd.

Worth knowing at Harry Reid International Airport

  • Rideshare: T1 garage Level 2; T3 garage Level V.
  • T1 group shuttles: outside baggage claim doors 7-13.

Terminal 3: Level Zero

At Terminal 3, pre-arranged pickups are on Level Zero. App rides use Level V of the Terminal 3 garage, a different spot again. If your group is split across the two terminals, tell us both flights. It becomes either a two-stop pickup or a regroup at one terminal, and we can quote either.

Party bus rental from the airport, or a Sprinter first

Downtown is about 8 miles from the airport and the Strip is closer, so the first ride is short, around 15 to 25 minutes. That tempts groups to book a party bus straight from the airport. It can work, but party buses have minimal luggage space, so for a weekend crowd with cases a Sprinter to the hotel and a party bus rental later that evening is often the smarter pair. Conference teams heading to the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Venetian Expo or Mandalay Bay usually just need a minibus or coach sized to the bags.

Going straight to Hoover Dam? Drop the bags first

Hoover Dam is about 30 miles from the city, and every bus is inspected on arrival; that inspection includes walking through the passenger area. Buses carrying luggage are refused entry. If you plan to see the dam on the way in, check in at the hotel first or book a separate luggage run, because a coach full of suitcases will be turned around.
