The vehicles we book: Sprinter vans, minibuses, party buses and coaches
Partner operators supply the vehicles; we help you choose between them. Here is how the main types compare for a group like yours.
Match the vehicle to the group, then check the bags
Up to 19 passengers fit in a Sprinter van, and it is the easiest to get into a tight hotel driveway. A minibus seats roughly 16 to 19, a midsize coach 29 to 35, and a full motorcoach 49 to 81 with a restroom and under-floor bays. For a few executives, a sedan or SUV is simpler still.
Headcount alone can mislead you. A minibus has limited luggage space, and a Sprinter's cargo area depends on its wheelbase, so an airport or cruise group often needs one size up from the seat count. A party bus is its own category, chosen for wraparound seating, lighting and sound rather than luggage.

Questions
Do you own these vehicles?
No. Licensed, insured partner operators own and run them, and we book the one that fits your trip.
Which vehicles have a restroom?
Full motorcoaches do, and some midsize coaches. On a minibus or Sprinter, plan comfort stops into longer drives.
Which vehicles need a driver with a commercial license?
To drive anything designed for 16 or more people, the driver counted, you need a CDL with a passenger endorsement. A Sprinter of 17 to 19 passengers is over it, so its driver needs one too.
