Group Transport

Minibus rental and Sprinter vans with a driver, for groups going somewhere together

Friends heading out for a birthday, cousins flying in for a reunion, a wedding party that has to get from the hotel to the ceremony on time: tell us where your group is going, and we find a licensed, insured operator with the right vehicle and a driver to go with it.

Minibus rental that starts with your group, not a vehicle list

You may not know yet whether you need a Sprinter van, a minibus or something bigger. You do know there are 18 of them, the first flight lands mid-afternoon, and the rehearsal dinner is across town. You describe the day, we match it to a partner operator in that city, and the quote you get back covers the entire vehicle, driver included.

Group Transport is a booking platform. We don't own vehicles and we don't employ drivers; the operator provides both. Their terms, including how cancellation works for that vehicle, are written on the quote before you agree to anything, and nothing is charged until you accept.

Sprinter van, minibus or party bus: which one fits your day

A Sprinter van with a driver carries 17 to 19 passengers. The high roof means people can stand up to find a seat, and it slips into hotel driveways and restaurant curbs that a bus cannot reach. Bags go behind the last row, and on the shorter wheelbase that space fills fast.

A minibus seats roughly 16 to 19, which covers most wedding guest shuttles, church outings and airport runs for a big family. Bag room is limited, so a group flying in for a week may be happier in a midsize coach. A party bus makes the ride itself the point, with wraparound seating, lighting and a proper sound system. Pick it when getting there is half the fun.

Charter buses, airport car service and cruise transfers

When the group outgrows a minibus, we book midsize coaches of 29 to 35 seats and motorcoaches of 49 to 81 with under-floor luggage bays and a restroom, for school trips, sports teams and conference shuttles. For two or three executives, a sedan or SUV car service makes more sense. Airport pickups and cruise port transfers go through the same process, with each airport's or port's pickup rules built into the plan.

What moves the price of a group ride

We don't publish rates, because the same Sprinter is priced differently on a Tuesday in February and a Saturday in June. The date, the number of hours, the miles, the vehicle, any waiting between drop-off and pickup, tolls and parking all shape the quote. Booking a wedding or game-day date early leaves more vehicles to choose from.

Questions

Do you drive the vehicles yourselves?

No. We arrange the trip, and a licensed, insured partner operator supplies the vehicle and the driver.

How many of us can a Sprinter van take?

17 to 19 passengers, depending on the seating layout. If everyone is bringing a checked bag, say so, because the cargo space behind the last row depends on the van's length.

Is anything charged when I ask for a quote?

No. You pay nothing unless you accept the quote, and it spells out that operator's cancellation terms for the vehicle.

Can we book a party bus for the wedding party and a minibus for the guests?

Yes: a party bus or Sprinter limo for the wedding party, and a minibus looping between the hotel and the venue for everyone else. Send both plans in one request.
