Group Transport

Las Vegas minibus rental, Sprinter vans and party buses with a driver

Your group is probably here for one of three things: a celebration, a trade show or the desert. A Las Vegas minibus rental or party bus covers the first, a Sprinter loop the second, and a plan built around the Hoover Dam rules the third.

Meeting your driver at Harry Reid

The pickup spot depends on the terminal. Terminal 1 uses doors 7 to 10 outside the west baggage claim, and group shuttles use doors 7 to 13. Terminal 3 pickups are on Level Zero. A pre-arranged limo driver comes inside baggage claim to meet you, which helps when your friends are scattered across two carousels.

The airport sits nearer the Strip than downtown, so the first ride is short. The real question is how many bags a bachelorette weekend brings. Count them before you settle on a Sprinter.

Party bus rental for Strip nights

For a birthday, bachelor or bachelorette group, a party bus or Sprinter limo keeps everyone together between dinner, a show and the clubs, with nobody stranded in a taxi line. Wraparound seating and a proper sound system make the ride part of the night.

Drinks on board are governed by state rules and the operator's own policy, and the driver cannot drink at all. Ask when you book, not at the door. Send the order of stops too, since a large vehicle can't always use a resort's main entrance and we'll confirm where the driver will stop.

Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon and the Grand Canyon

Hoover Dam is about 30 miles out, and every bus is inspected on arrival, including a walk through the passenger area. A bus with luggage on board will be turned away, so never combine the dam with an airport run. Red Rock Canyon, about 17 miles west of the Strip, needs a timed entry for motorcoaches between October 1 and May 31.

Grand Canyon West fills a day, at two to three hours in each direction. Zion is farther, and on the Zion-Mt. Carmel Highway the east section is closed to large vehicles, so tell us your route and the operator plans around it.

Trade show weeks and CES

CES runs January 6 to 9, 2027, and for those days the Las Vegas Convention Center and Venetian Expo have no public parking. At the LVCC, drop-offs use the S2, C5 or West Hall entrance and nowhere else. A hotel-to-hall Sprinter shuttle for your team avoids the queues, and the free LVCC Loop links the halls once you're inside.

Questions

Can we take a party bus to a Golden Knights game?

Yes. T-Mobile Arena and Allegiant Stadium both empty into heavy traffic, so book enough time for the ride back and agree a pickup point before you go in.

Could we head to Hoover Dam straight from the airport?

Not with your luggage aboard, because any bus carrying bags is turned away at the dam. Leave the suitcases at the hotel first.

How early should we book for CES?

As soon as your dates are set. Exhibitors and attendee groups are all chasing the same Sprinters and minibuses that week.
