Corporate event transportation for teams, offsites and conferences
A company offsite or a conference week goes better when nobody is hunting for a cab outside the venue. We book the vehicles and drivers around your agenda so the team arrives together and on time.
Shuttle loops between the hotel and the convention center
Most corporate event transportation follows a loop: vehicles running between the team hotel and the venue at set times morning and evening, then a separate run for the client dinner or the awards night. Send the session times, the hotels and the headcount for each run. A Sprinter van rental with driver suits a sales team of a dozen, while a minibus or midsize coach moves a larger delegation in fewer trips.
Venue rules shape the plan. McCormick Place in Chicago has a reservable Marshalling Yard for coaches, the Seattle Convention Center has set bus drop points for its Arch and Summit buildings, and the Dallas convention center is running events in Halls A to C while the rest is rebuilt. Tell us the venue and we will plan the drop around it.

What the rules require
- FMCSA advises checking a bus company by USDOT number before booking.
- Passenger drivers may drive 10 hours after 8 consecutive hours off.
Checking the operator before your company signs
Chartering means your group alone uses the vehicle, under a single contract, so there are no strangers on board and one party is responsible. Before booking, FMCSA recommends you look up a bus company by its USDOT number, and a regulated bus must carry the carrier's name and USDOT number on both sides. Your quote names the operator, so procurement or your travel manager can run that check before anyone signs.
Long event days and the driver's legal hours
After 8 consecutive hours off, a passenger driver may drive for 10 hours. Pair an early airport run with a late return from a gala and the day can stretch past what one driver can legally cover, so on long days the operator may schedule a second driver or a second vehicle. Share the full agenda, not just the first pickup, and we will quote a plan that fits the rules.
Questions
Can one booking cover a whole conference week?
Yes. Send the daily schedule and we will quote the loops, airport runs and evening events together, with each vehicle and driver listed.
How do we check the company that will drive our team?
Look up the operator on your quote by its USDOT number with FMCSA. Regulated buses also show the carrier's name and USDOT number on both sides.
What changes the price of an event shuttle?
The dates, the hours the vehicles are on duty, the distances, the vehicle sizes, waiting time, and any tolls or parking at the venue.
