DFW airport shuttle and charter pickups for groups
DFW is spread across five working terminals, and groups heading to a game, a convention or a family wedding can land at any of them. The good news is that the charter pickup works the same way at each one.
Lower-level curbside at every DFW terminal
At every terminal, A through E, the charter bus pickup is on the lower-level curbside. Ride-app pickups happen on the upper level, so if your group follows the crowd heading upstairs for app rides, they will end up in the wrong place. Share a simple instruction before you fly: collect bags, stay on the lower level, wait for the call.
With a Sprinter, SUV or other smaller vehicle, the driver sorts out the exact meeting point with you beforehand. Terminal F is under construction, with a first phase expected in 2027, so for now your flight will use one of the five existing terminals.

Worth knowing at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport
- DFW issues company, driver and vehicle permits to ground operators.
- DART Orange Line at Terminal A; TEXRail at Terminal B.
- Ride apps pick up at upper-level curbside of each terminal.
- Terminal F under construction; first phase expected 2027.
Why DFW pickups run through permitted operators
Operators doing ground transportation at DFW hold airport permits for the company, the driver and the vehicle. For you, that means the operator named on your quote has to be set up for airport work, and it is another reason to book before you fly rather than trying to arrange something on arrival. Include the flight number when you book, and the pickup will follow the actual landing time.
Dallas, Fort Worth or Arlington: where the group is heading
Downtown Dallas is about 20 miles away, roughly 25 to 45 minutes off-peak. Plenty of groups are going somewhere else entirely. Fans heading to a Cowboys game at AT&T Stadium should know that buses need a bus pass and park in one section of Lot 15. Conference teams bound for the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center should note that events currently use Halls A to C while the D to F halls are demolished for the rebuild.
Rail links versus one booked vehicle
Terminal A has a DART Orange Line stop and Terminal B a TEXRail one, which suits a lone traveller. For a family reunion or a team with gear, a minibus rental keeps the group together from curb to hotel, and a motorcoach with under-floor bays handles a squad and its equipment in one run.
Questions
At DFW, where do charter buses collect a group?
At your arrival terminal's lower-level curbside. App rides are upstairs, so keep everyone on the lower level.
Can we book one vehicle for arrivals at two DFW terminals?
Yes. Give us both flights and we will quote a pickup that covers both, or suggest the first arrivals wait for the second. Waiting time also affects the quote.
How long does it take to get from DFW to Fort Worth Stockyards?
It depends on traffic and the time of day. The driver will plan the route, and if the Stockyards is your first stop, tell us so the operator can plan where a larger vehicle parks.
