LaGuardia airport shuttle pickups for groups and families
LaGuardia is the closest of New York's three airports to Midtown, and each of its terminals handles pre-booked car services in its own place. This is how your group finds its driver at A, B and C.
Finding your airport shuttle at Terminals A, B and C
Pre-arranged car services at LaGuardia have a fixed spot at each terminal. Terminal A's is across the street, Terminal B's is on Level 2 of the garage, and Terminal C's is the inner lane at Arrivals. Follow the Car Services signs; ride-app pickups share the same areas, so expect a crowd when several flights land together.
Hotel shuttles have their own zone, and tired travellers often drift toward it by mistake. If your family or team is looking for a booked Sprinter or SUV, stay with the Car Services signs and ignore the hotel shuttle signs, even when they look closer.

Minibus and coach pickups at LaGuardia
LaGuardia's published car-service areas suit sedans, SUVs and vans. For a minibus rental or a full coach, the meeting point is settled with the driver ahead of your travel day rather than left to chance. Plan for that conversation: agree who in your group will take the call, and make sure that person lands with a charged phone and the confirmation to hand.
Nine miles to Midtown, and why groups still run late
LaGuardia to Midtown is about 9 miles, roughly 25 to 45 minutes off-peak. That short run makes LGA a good choice for an afternoon landing before a Broadway show or a rehearsal dinner, but it also tempts people to cut the timings too fine. Build in time for the slowest bag and the walk to the pickup, especially at Terminal B, where you head up into the garage.
Sprinter van rental with driver for LGA arrivals
Most groups flying into LaGuardia fit a Sprinter: 17 to 19 passengers, a high roof you can stand under while loading, and a cargo area behind the last row. Six or fewer with their bags will be comfortable in a full-size SUV. Mention golf bags, instrument cases and strollers when you ask for a quote, because luggage, more than headcount, is what pushes a group up to the next vehicle size.
Questions
Could our group just take the free Q70 bus?
The Q70 LaGuardia Link is free and runs to the Jackson Heights subway, which is fine for a couple of light travellers. A family with car seats or a group with checked bags will usually find one vehicle straight to the hotel far easier.
Why is the pickup spot different at each LaGuardia terminal?
Each terminal has its own car-service area: across the street at A, the garage at B and the inner Arrivals lane at C. Your confirmation names the one for your flight.
Our guests land at two different terminals. Can one vehicle do both?
Yes. Tell us both flights and we will quote either a two-stop pickup or a single pickup where the early arrivals wait. Any waiting time also shapes the price.
