Group Transport

Minibus rental and Sprinter vans in 20 US cities

Pick the city your group is heading to. Each page covers the airports, the venues and the local rules that shape how a minibus, Sprinter van or party bus gets you around.

Why each city page reads differently

A group weekend in Manhattan runs into rules a Las Vegas trip never meets: no bus pickups on part of Fifth Avenue, a three-minute idling limit, parkways closed to buses without a permit. Orlando is about park bus lots and Port Canaveral permits, and Washington, DC about signed loading zones on the National Mall. Each city page is written around what actually affects a group there.

If your trip covers two cities, say a New York stay with a day in Philadelphia, start from the city where the group is based and tell us about the second stop.

Questions

Can you book a vehicle that goes from one city to another?

Yes. One-way and round trips between cities are quoted the same way, on hours and miles, and longer runs are planned around federal driver-hour limits.

My city isn't listed. Can you still help?

Tell us where you are going. If it's near one of these metro areas, an operator there may cover it.

Why don't the city pages show prices?

Because the price depends on your date, hours, distance and vehicle. Each trip gets its own quote, with nothing charged until you accept.
